The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I especially appreciated that the rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, ensuring a restful atmosphere for our family after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location, while a bit distant from the Haram, was conveniently close to excellent restaurants and shops. Taxis were readily available and quite affordable, allowing us to reach the holy site without any hassle. Plus, with a lovely coffee shop on-site, we enjoyed delightful refreshments at any time of day. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their diligence as well; coming back to a tidy room after our excursions was always a treat! our stay was filled with comfort and convenience, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in Makkah.
